What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads and make initial contact with prospects via live chat and website submissions.
- Nurture leads through regular follow-up and gather detailed customer information to pinpoint strategic opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for Business Development Managers and ensure a smooth handover process.
- Maintain accurate interaction records and lead status within Salesforce CRM according to organizational SLAs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to provide feedback on campaigns and lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in technical sales.
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be based in Mexico City to support a hybrid working model.
- Technical competence using Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
- Strong ability to translate technical solutions to meet specific customer business requirements.

- Understanding of fleet management and telematics.
- Experience or knowledge of channel sales.
