What you will do
- Own the end-to-end international creative strategy and production machine.
- Lead a lean team of creative strategists to deliver high-quality, high-volume assets.
- Build and manage a bench of freelancers, agencies, and production partners.
- Develop and adapt production workflows, tooling, and operating models for multi-market execution.
- Partner with Performance and Product Growth teams to ensure creative is data-informed and conversion-focused.
- Maintain brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all international markets.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in creative strategy, production, or operations with team leadership.
- Proven track record of building and running high-volume creative engines for paid social or performance marketing.
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to set strategy and brief effectively.
- Experience managing external partners, agencies, and freelancers.
- Performance-literate with the ability to interpret creative data and partner with media buyers.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Multi-market or international expansion experience.
- Familiarity with performance-creative tools like Motion or MagicBrief.
- Fluency in a second language relevant to international markets.
- Experience using AI tools for creative workflows and production.
