What you will do

• Develop and execute a scalable global SEO strategy to build organic presence.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with product and development teams for implementation.
• Build and manage a structured content production process, including hiring and managing copywriters.
• Develop and execute a link-building strategy.
• Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses.
• Track performance and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience with international SEO projects in markets such as CIS, EU, US, and LATAM.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.
• Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production.
• Advanced knowledge of AI and SEO tools (Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, or SEMrush).
• English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or iGaming projects.
