What you will do
- Own the global social strategy, defining audiences, channel roles, content pillars, and success metrics by market.
- Develop content concepts and narratives across various formats, including short-form video, thought leadership, and newsletters.
- Build AI-enabled content operations using tools like Claude, Midjourney, and Runway to accelerate research and production.
- Activate advocates, alumni, and internal experts to amplify brand credibility and engagement.
- Define and monitor quality-driven KPIs and run structured experiments to optimize demand generation and sales enablement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in senior social or content marketing roles, with at least 2 years of strategic ownership.
- Demonstrated experience building social strategies for B2C, edtech, SaaS, or mission-driven brands.
- Strong writing and editorial instincts to ensure high-quality output and avoid generic AI content.
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools to optimize research, ideation, and repurposing.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Experience in higher education or targeting adult-learner audiences.
- Proven track record in building executive thought leadership or managing UGC.
- Familiarity with the modern content stack (HubSpot, GA4, Sprout, Canva).
