What you will do

• Build and execute a demand generation engine utilizing ABM, events, and content-driven inbound to create a qualified pipeline for the sales team.
• Evolve and sharpen the brand positioning as a tech-native, sustainable challenger in the parcel delivery market.
• Lead the content and thought leadership strategy across social channels and the corporate website, including the CEO's public profile.
• Manage the marketing budget with a strict focus on ROI and attribution to revenue outcomes.
• Lead, develop, and scale the marketing team and organizational design as the business grows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tech (hirify.globalmind), and Finance to embed marketing within the business operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Proven experience leading marketing through a significant growth phase in a B2B or enterprise-facing business.
• Fluency in enterprise marketing, including sales cycles and procurement processes.
• Ability to operate as a player-manager, setting strategic direction while remaining hands-on.
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.
