What you will do

  • Run outbound campaigns, including air cover, sequences, and targeting to warm up sales leads.
  • Manage paid media across LinkedIn, paid search, and sponsored content to drive inbound leads.
  • Design and implement an enterprise social strategy and executive thought leadership program.
  • Distribute and amplify thought leadership content, case studies, and videos across all relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to shape strategy based on market feedback and buyer behavior.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, including significant agency experience.
  • Proven track record of marketing to marketing buyers (CMOs, VPs of Marketing), ideally in martech.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales motions, including long cycles and multi-threaded buying committees.
  • Hands-on expertise in outbound campaigns, LinkedIn paid social, and content syndication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high editorial judgment.
  • Must be based in the US (eligible for US health insurance)

Nice to have

  • Experience with both agency and in-house demand generation.
  • End-to-end ownership of demand gen programs from strategy to measurement.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and modern demand stacks.
