Senior Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; on-site. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, conditional residents, asylees, refugees, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-value Mission Systems ground segment programs from planning through customer delivery and lifecycle support.
• Develop integrated program strategies, execution plans, schedules, milestones, governance processes, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Manage cost, schedule, technical, quality, contractual, financial, and operational performance.
• Serve as the primary customer interface and lead program reviews, executive briefings, milestone reviews, and contractual discussions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and Business Development.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and resource constraints while implementing mitigation and continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of program management or subcontract management experience.
• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in a relevant engineering field, such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of program lifecycle management, strategic planning, financial management, risk management, contract execution, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with program management tools, ERP systems, business reporting applications, and program performance metrics.
• Strong organizational, communication, influencing, collaboration, and customer relationship management skills.
• Must meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements and work on-site in Westminster, Colorado.
