Technical Program Manager (Microelectronics)

Location: Beaverton, Oregon, United States; onsite at the headquarters

Salary: $103,500–$191,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technical and operational programs from concept through implementation, meeting schedule, budget, quality, and performance targets.
• Drive internal capability development across manufacturing readiness, test infrastructure, process improvement, and technology enablement.
• Implement Daily and Visual Management tools to monitor KPIs and strengthen execution rigor.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable program plans with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business leaders.
• Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and resource risks while providing data-driven updates to leadership.
• Build collaboration, accountability, and disciplined execution across technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of technical or program management experience, ideally in microelectronics, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and influence-without-authority skills in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to communicate complex technical decisions, trade-offs, and status clearly in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with MS Project, MS Planner, and Jira.
• Essential duties are subject to U.S. Government export-control regulations; ongoing employment depends on obtaining required export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience leading internal development, process improvement, or capability-building initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as ITAR or defense-adjacent programs.
• PMI/PMP certification; equivalent experience or training may be considered.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
