hirify.global is a professional services firm recruiting for BikesOnline to enhance their customer loyalty and engagement strategies.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute segmented email and SMS marketing campaigns aligned with product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty strategies and rewards programs to increase repeat purchases and retention.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to A/B test campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including CLV, retention rate, and average order value to provide actionable insights.
  • Strategically integrate AI solutions to optimize internal workflows and drive operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and collaborate with Customer Service leaders to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in loyalty program management and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Klaviyo and Freshdesk.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
