What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of all email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and winback.
• Develop and maintain a high-level campaign calendar aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Analyze performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion, and revenue for continuous optimization.
• Ensure proper audience segmentation and targeting for personalized customer journeys.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in email and/or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo, specifically in flows, segmentation, reporting, and A/B testing.
• Solid understanding of SMS marketing strategy and compliance best practices.
• Experience managing campaign calendars and coordinating cross-functional marketing efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be located in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Chile.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with eCommerce marketing.
