What you will do

• Develop and execute email retention strategies to boost engagement, repeat purchases, and LTV.
• Build and optimize automated flows, including welcome series, onboarding, abandoned cart, and win-back journeys.
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and churn.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve content, subject lines, and timing.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to deliver impactful campaigns for various clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email, CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing automated email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into action.
• Excellent project management and communication skills for a fast-paced agency environment.
