CRM Manager (Fintech)

CRM Manager (Fintech): Designing and optimizing direct customer communication strategies across multiple channels to increase customer lifetime value with an accent on segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel synchronization. Focus on building complex automated journeys in Braze, executing A/B tests, and driving cross-sell and retention of fintech products.

What you will do

• Develop and evolve CRM strategies to improve customer experience via WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Own CRM strategies for specific product areas or lifecycle stages, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
• Create and manage automated campaigns in Braze, including journey design and A/B testing.
• Support new product launches and cross-selling efforts for Business Accounts, Cash Advance, and E-POS.
• Collaborate with data analysts to launch experimental campaigns for activation and retention.
• Engage with the member community to create high-quality case studies and user-centric content.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM roles with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
• Expert-level proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Braze.
• Strong English copywriting skills and an instinct for design.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect CRM metrics to business KPIs.
• Experience collaborating with product, data, and content teams.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
