What you will do
- Design and implement company-wide OKR and KPI frameworks to drive execution discipline.
- Develop and evolve incentive, bonus, and LTI programs aligned with business outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organizational health and performance.
- Establish performance governance processes, including reviews and leadership calibration.
- Build data-driven dashboards to monitor organizational bottlenecks and strategic priorities.
- Partner with Finance to ensure compensation systems reinforce long-term value creation.
Requirements
- Proven experience building performance management systems in technology, fintech, or SaaS.
- Deep expertise in OKRs, KPIs, performance governance, and leadership calibration.
- Strong understanding of total rewards, incentive design, and performance-linked compensation.
- Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to influence, challenge, and align senior leaders in high-growth environments.
