What you will do

  • Run day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, repairs, facilities coordination, procurement, and office budget monitoring.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team and internal stakeholders, including document organization and meeting/event logistics.
  • Review and validate employee expense reports and support expense registration and follow-up in finance systems.
  • Monitor and control corporate credit card usage and resolve missing documentation or policy deviations.
  • Create and maintain supplier master data (legal, tax, banking, contacts) and support data cleansing/reviews.
  • Coordinate Finance Jira ticket processing (categorization, assignment, SLAs, reporting) and maintain Finance process documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Office Management, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Administrative Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience with employee expenses, supplier data, office operations, and internal service request processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple tasks, requests, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with operational KPIs and reports; good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with Jira (or another ticketing/workflow management tool).
  • Portuguese (required).
