Senior SAP HCM Full-Stack Developer (ABAP/Fiori)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; flexible work model with offices in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, and Gdansk

What you will do

• Develop SAPUI5 and JavaScript web applications and extend standard SAP Fiori applications.
• Configure SAP Fiori Launchpad, tiles, and target mappings.
• Build OData services and develop Object-Oriented ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, and BAPIs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and external platforms.
• Debug and troubleshoot SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management systems.
• Automate and monitor background jobs, prepare technical tests, execute regression and interface testing, and manage Agile/BizDevOps deployments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP software development experience.
• Practical knowledge of SAPUI5 and JavaScript.
• Experience with Object-Oriented ABAP, OData service development, BAdIs, User Exits, and BAPIs.
• Technical understanding of SAP HCM database tables, clusters, and data models across PA, OM, PY, and TM.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence in an Agile/BizDevOps environment.
• Working proficiency in written and spoken German is required.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in ABAP or SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Integration or SuccessFactors APIs.
