What you will do

• Configure and support SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central, Position Management, workflows, and business rules.
• Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP), user access provisioning, and security administration.
• Provide second-level technical support and troubleshooting for SF Platform, EC, and Core HR related issues.
• Execute testing, validation, and production support activities for system upgrades, releases, and patches.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solution delivery.
• Develop system documentation and perform reporting and data validation using SuccessFactors tools.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Nice to have

• SuccessFactors certification.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Joule and intelligent automation capabilities.
