People Technology Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors)

What you will do

• Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central, Position Management, workflows, notifications, and business rules.
• Maintain Role-Based Permissions, user access provisioning, security administration, system integrity, and data quality.
• Provide second-level troubleshooting and technical support for SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central, and Core HR issues.
• Support upgrades, releases, patches, testing, validation, and production support activities.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions and improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Maintain system and process documentation and support reporting, dashboards, data validation, and analytics.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with People Technology, Operations, HR users, and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• SuccessFactors certification.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Joule and intelligent automation capabilities.
