Compensation & Benefits Manager (AdTech)

Location: Remote from Kyiv, Kyivska oblast, Ukraine

What you will do

• Manage and improve global compensation and benefits policies in line with organizational objectives and local regulations.
• Conduct market benchmarking, analyze compensation trends, and recommend pay positioning and compensation adjustments.
• Design and manage salary structures, job levels, annual salary reviews, variable compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
• Analyze the financial impact of reward programs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with HR and Finance on budgets.
• Calculate variable pay, commissions, and bonuses for multiple departments, including Sales and PubDev.
• Create dashboards and regular or ad hoc reports on compensation and reward dynamics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, financial controlling, FP&A, workforce analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience with compensation governance, approval processes, budget controls, salary exceptions, promotions, hiring, and replacement hiring.
• Strong analytical skills, including work with large datasets, audits, anomaly detection, trend analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in a multi-country or international organization and understanding of compensation across different markets.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, financial models, and large-dataset analysis.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above; strong written and spoken communication skills.

Nice to have

• Degree in HR Management, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as GRP or WorldAtWork.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
