What you will do
- Architect growth systems, segmentation frameworks, and experimentation roadmaps across 5 African markets.
- Design behavioral trigger-based up-sell and retention programs to move customers from entry products to high-value bundles.
- Build and deploy automated customer journeys using CRM tools (CleverTap, Braze) with statistical rigor and incrementality measurement.
- Translate CRM experiments and retention economics into product feature recommendations and commercial strategies.
- Develop repeatable growth playbooks to enable autonomous execution of growth initiatives across multiple regions.
Requirements
- Proven track record in maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and optimizing retention economics.
- Hands-on experience building complex customer journeys in CRM platforms like Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise in designing behavioral trigger-based up-sell and cross-sell systems based on payment and engagement signals.
- Strong proficiency in rigorous experimentation methodology, including the use of hypotheses and control groups.
- Must be based in or able to work within the UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones.

- Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
