What you will do
- Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with content, design, and influencer teams to create compelling creatives for key audience segments.
- Manage and reallocate daily budgets in real-time to maximize performance.
- Own channel-level reporting and monitor KPIs including CAC, ROAS, and LTV:CAC.
- Design and run structured A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Identify and pilot new acquisition channels to evaluate scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing (brand-side or agency) with a track record of managing significant budgets.
- Experience within the fintech industry, marketplaces, or high-growth startups.
- Deep platform expertise in auction dynamics, targeting capabilities, and algorithm behaviors.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of attribution models.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to streamline or evolve work processes.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the central London office 1–2 days per week.
