What you will do

• Coordinate and activate premises, including wellness clubs and themed areas.
• Plan and execute themed events, defining timelines and KPIs.
• Manage contracts and monitor SLAs with external service providers for F&B, scenting, sports, and merchandising.
• Oversee the company boutique and welcome bar operations.
• Define zoning models and analyze office occupancy dashboards to prepare utilization reports.
• Facilitate regular committees with internal stakeholders and monitor transversal workplace initiatives.

Requirements

• Education in Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related area.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in coordinating multi-functional projects or operations.
• Proven experience in Facility Management.
• Analytical ability and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management (PM) tools.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
