What you will do
- Research venues, concepts, and creative ideas to support event design.
- Assist in building client proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate communication with suppliers and partners.
- Prepare project briefings and administrative materials.
- Maintain and update project databases.
- Provide active onsite support during event execution.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of Lisbon.
- Proactive, organized mindset with a strong eye for detail.
