What you will do

• Plan and schedule digital events in alignment with Microsoft corporate guidelines.
• Act as the primary project manager, coordinating internal hirify.global resources, Microsoft stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Provide consultation on event platforms like ON24 and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage event agendas, assets, and provide chat moderation support.
• Deliver post-event reporting, insights, and share best practices.
• Educate stakeholders on the MC Program Events agenda and tools.

Requirements

• Native or C1+ proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is mandatory.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing initiatives, including 1-2+ years in event management or project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
