What you will do
- Design and validate new business models for data center partnerships, including energy campus concepts and powered land development.
- Lead the execution of pilot projects from site identification and partner engagement to contract negotiation and launch.
- Structure joint ventures, PPAs, and infrastructure partnerships aligned with risk management standards.
- Develop a strategic playbook for data center market entry and expansion.
- Manage relationships with data center operators, utilities, investors, and technology partners.
- Prepare investment-grade business cases and robust financial models for senior management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development or commercial experience in renewable energy, data centers, or critical infrastructure.
- Proven track record in designing and scaling new business models and leading pilot projects.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, contract negotiation, and risk management.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must be based within commuting distance of Berlin, Madrid, Lyon, or London.
- Willingness to travel and represent the company in international markets.
