What you will do

• Identify and secure renewable energy prospects including BESS, wind, and various solar installations (rooftop, carport, ground-mounted).
• Manage local commercial networks and engage with stakeholders to facilitate site acquisitions.
• Collaborate with Finance, GIS, and engineering teams to assess feasibility and optimize project designs.
• Oversee the entire permitting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory and grid connection requirements.
• Structure Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and financial models in collaboration with clients and the finance department.
• Prepare tender responses and manage pre-construction tasks, including risk assessments and EPC contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in renewable energy, agronomy, environmental studies, or project management.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a development role with a successful track record.
• Valid driver's license (1+ year) is essential as travel is required.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a multifaceted environment.
• Knowledge of the UK renewable sector and local administration functioning is a plus.
