What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring all submissions are high-impact, professional, and aligned with business strategy.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to develop technical, commercial, and execution strategies for complex bids.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, and commercial departments to ensure accurate pricing and risk management.
• Maintain CRM data in Salesforce and manage client correspondence throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough internal reviews and challenge team inputs to ensure quality and compliance with governance requirements.
• Support pre-qualification exercises and contribute to the ongoing development of the proposal library.

Requirements

• Must be based in Central Scotland or Aberdeen.
• Proven experience in an operational delivery role (e.g., Project Manager, Site Manager, or Contract Manager) within relevant industries.
• Strong background in managing complex, multi-discipline proposals and high-impact documentation.
• Experience with estimating, cost control, and contractual management.
• Ability to lead and challenge teams to deliver specific, relevant, and high-quality submissions on time.
• Relevant technical knowledge and experience in engineering or maintenance sectors.

• Degree level qualification (HNC/HND or higher).
• Professional certifications in project management or commercial disciplines.
