Business Development Manager (TIDES)

What you will do

• Identify and cultivate business relationships with oligonucleotide and peptide drug development companies to generate revenue.
• Develop and maintain key accounts for TIDES Discovery services within the chemistry business unit.
• Achieve Purchase Order (PO) targets for both new and existing accounts.
• Represent the company at conferences and meetings to present TIDES Discovery services.
• Qualify leads and coordinate with internal teams to complete RFQ/RFP processes.
• Manage client data and pipeline progress using CRM software (Salesforce).

Requirements

• Advanced degree in chemistry or a related science field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in new drug development or the CRO/CMO industry, preferably in oligonucleotides and peptides.
• Legal right to work in Germany at the time of application.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales growth objectives.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
