What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key agency and direct clients.
• Drive revenue growth by hitting and exceeding quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate internal resources to develop winning experiential responses and campaign pitches.
• Manage client briefs from initial consultation through to successful campaign delivery.
• Lead high-value client pitches and organize client entertainment initiatives.
• Identify social media and entertainment trends to articulate strategic opportunities to clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in publisher sales, experience sales, or brand partnerships.
• Proven track record of building direct client and agency contacts (e.g., Publicis, Mindshare, Havas).
• Strong ability to think creatively and make data-driven sales decisions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for delivering proposals.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Must be based in Madrid for a hybrid work setup.
