Location: On-site in Vianen, Netherlands; candidates must reside in the Netherlands
Salary: €70,000–€90,000 annually, all-in, based on a 40-hour work week

What you will do
- Gather, structure, and document business and IT/Pega requirements.
- Define functional and technical specifications for transaction monitoring and workflow management applications.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and architects in an Agile/Scrum DevOps team.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a Pega Business Analyst or Pega Consultant.
- Residence in the Netherlands is required.
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Analytical, communicative, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work a 40-hour week.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of financial processes or transaction monitoring.
- Experience with Pega and Agile/Scrum.
- Pega certification.
- Dutch language skills.
