What you will do

• Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve core components including matching engines, risk engines, and pricing models for derivatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex trading requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from initial planning through to release and feature iteration.
• Monitor backend performance and proactively address issues to ensure system stability.
• Ensure all systems adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of financial products such as margin, futures, perpetual swaps, and options.
• Technical or quantitative background in fields like Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate trading logic into product requirements.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for coordination with global stakeholders.
• Experience in product management is preferred but not mandatory.
