Product Manager, Identity (Crypto): Owning authentication and identity verification products for a crypto platform, from sign-in and MFA through KYC clearance, with an accent on onboarding conversion, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Focus on optimizing document verification funnels, managing third-party KYC vendors, translating jurisdictional requirements into product plans, and preventing account-takeover exposure.
Location: London, UK — hybrid. Relocation is not available.

What you will do
- Own the roadmap for authentication and identity verification, prioritizing conversion, fraud-risk reduction, and regulatory requirements.
- Improve onboarding funnels, reducing drop-off in document capture and verification while maintaining fraud and conversion performance.
- Manage and evaluate third-party KYC and identity-verification vendors, including performance, cost, and regional coverage.
- Partner with Compliance and Legal to translate regulatory requirements into product specifications and rollout plans.
- Work with Engineering to improve authentication flows without increasing account-takeover or fraud exposure.
- Define funnel metrics and represent Identity in planning with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, including meaningful work on identity verification, KYC/AML, fraud, or authentication and security products.
- Working familiarity with KYC/AML and authentication concepts.
- Experience managing or evaluating third-party identity or KYC vendors.
- Comfort working in a regulated, multi-region environment where features vary by jurisdiction.
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, crypto, or another regulated marketplace.
- Experience with sanctions screening, PEP or adverse-media checks, or transaction monitoring.
- Experience with crypto-native authentication, including wallet-based sign-in or Sign-In with Ethereum.
