What you will do

• Define and execute market entry and growth strategies for Data Centres, Life Sciences, and Hi-Tech sectors in Germany.
• Build and manage a high-quality project pipeline and lead major commercial bids and negotiations.
• Own country-level P&L, including revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain senior-level trusted relationships with developers and hyperscalers.
• Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Oversee delivery excellence in cost management, risk controls, and procurement across all major programmes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling a business unit, sector, or country operation.
• Extensive experience in data centres, mission-critical infrastructure, life sciences, or high-tech industry.
• Senior leadership experience with P&L ownership and financial accountability.
• Professional working proficiency in German and fluency in English are required.
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work in Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid).
