• Analyze social media KPIs to support talent strategy and evaluate performance.
• Manage initial outreach and communication with talent, agencies, and management.
• Coordinate appointments and prepare professional meetings and presentations.
• Take ownership of project tracking to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Handle administrative processes, including contract and invoice management.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
• High level of initiative and ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
• Interest in fashion, influencer marketing, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
