What you will do

• Develop skills in project organization, risk management, and quality assurance for customer projects.
• Support the identification and implementation of AI-based use cases to improve delivery efficiency.
• Facilitate project management meetings, governance boards, and management reviews.
• Contribute to the execution and expansion of the Governance Checkpoint process.
• Create and enhance project management methodologies and templates for strategic technologies like HashiCorp and Confluent.
• Assist in the preparation of customer proposals, including effort estimation and team organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT security, or business informatics.
• German and English: C1 level proficiency required.
• Interest and initial experience in project management and requirements analysis.
• Ability to present and demonstrate technical solutions effectively.
• Strong team orientation and social skills.
• Experience in creating use cases or proof-of-concepts.
