TL;DR

Account Executive - Strategic (SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle for mid-market and strategic accounts across the APAC region with an accent on consultative discovery and AI-driven value propositions. Focus on closing complex deals with C-suite stakeholders and building a robust pipeline through direct and channel efforts.

Location: Hybrid in Sydney CBD (3 days office, 2 days home). Full working rights in Australia are required; no visa sponsorship available.

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle for the APAC market, from pipeline generation to closing.
  • Conduct consultative discovery and tailored product demonstrations focusing on AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Engineering for seamless deployment.
  • Manage and forecast pipeline accuracy using Salesforce.
  • Develop deep product expertise to engage with C-suite and technical stakeholders.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily prospecting, research, and outreach workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience at the mid-market or strategic level.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in a structured sales methodology such as SPICED.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical products into tangible business outcomes.
  • Experience working with channel partners within a go-to-market strategy.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship provided).

  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in a professional context.
