What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial pipeline development to closing strategic deals in the APAC region.
- Conduct consultative product demonstrations that translate technical AI capabilities into clear business value.
- Lead multi-threaded sales processes involving C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders across IT, sales, and support departments.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline records and accurate forecasts using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and channel partners to ensure successful customer deployments.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney and eligible to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
- 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience in mid-market or strategic segments.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to apply structured sales methodologies like SPICED in complex deals.
- Fluency with AI tools in a professional workflow.
- Strong organizational discipline to manage a complex, multi-threaded pipeline.
