TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Leading full-cycle sales processes for mid-market and strategic accounts across the APAC region with an accent on consultative discovery and complex deal navigation. Focus on driving AI-powered customer communication platform adoption and maintaining a multi-threaded pipeline while delivering tangible business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in Sydney and able to work from the office 3 days per week (Hybrid). Must have full working rights in Australia.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial pipeline development to closing strategic deals in the APAC region.
  • Conduct consultative product demonstrations that translate technical AI capabilities into clear business value.
  • Lead multi-threaded sales processes involving C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders across IT, sales, and support departments.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline records and accurate forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and channel partners to ensure successful customer deployments.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney and eligible to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience in mid-market or strategic segments.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply structured sales methodologies like SPICED in complex deals.
  • Fluency with AI tools in a professional workflow.
  • Strong organizational discipline to manage a complex, multi-threaded pipeline.
