Account Executive, Customer Sales (SaaS): Leading upsell and cross-sell motions for APAC customers to maximize value from the legal AI product ecosystem with an accent on complex deal cycles and customer growth. Focus on converting qualified opportunities, delivering tailored AI solutions, and building the regional playbook for customer expansion.
Location: Hybrid in Sydney (minimum 2 days/week in office)
Salary: $101,700 – $152,500 AUD + uncapped commissions

What you will do
- Lead upsell and cross-selling across the full suite of solutions for APAC customers.
- Convert qualified opportunities through phone, email, and product demonstrations.
- Manage and prioritize qualified leads and opportunities using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Support, SDRs/BDRs, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Engineers to deliver tailored solutions.
- Handle forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop business cases and identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, including a proven track record of closing deals.
- 3 years of experience in SaaS or technology.
- Experience managing complex deal cycles with high-value customers.
- Proficiency in running product demonstrations and cold calling skills.
- Must be based in Sydney to meet the hybrid office requirement.
