What you will do

• Lead engineering concept development and platform product development for next-generation semiconductor testers.
• Apply advanced mechanical design principles and guide critical technical decision-making.
• Translate high-level business objectives and market segment requirements into specific product design specifications.
• Mentor development teams by providing technical guidance, trade-off analysis, and project scheduling.
• Collaborate with a global supply base to implement economically viable design solutions.
• Solve complex technical problems for components and subsystems with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Expertise in SOLIDWORKS for CAD, SolidWorks Simulation, and Ansys for FEA.
• Proficiency with PDM Works and Teamcenter (PLM).
• In-depth knowledge of GD&T standards and demonstrated expertise in tolerance loop analysis.
• Hands-on experience in sheet metal, cabling design, and PCB outline drawing.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
