What you will do

  • Deliver data-driven insights to leadership and go-to-market teams to facilitate better decision-making.
  • Partner with the North America Sales team to track, analyze, and report on key revenue and pipeline metrics.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM data quality and reporting structures to ensure visibility into performance.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline management processes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Evaluate GTM initiatives, campaigns, and commercial programs through performance analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Data Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Interest in learning SQL, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and BI tools.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable data.
  • Clear communication skills for presenting insights in a simple, structured way.
  • Must be based in New York, NY, United States

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience working within SaaS companies.
