Salary: $108,900 - $136,000 + Annual bonus

What you will do

  • Direct the development and execution of strategic deal plans to maximize revenue while maintaining deal margins.
  • Analyze deal profitability, pricing structures, and contract terms to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between sales, finance, legal, and Information Security teams during the deal review process.
  • Monitor deal parameters for strict adherence to internal controls and external regulations to mitigate risk.
  • Assess and refine deal desk policies and tools to enhance scalability and automate manual review processes.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of deal-related data to provide insights into trends and win-loss metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 4+ years of experience working with RFPs, RFIs, and creating custom deals.
  • BA/BS degree (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate with C-Suite executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Technology and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
