What you will do

• Lead the modernization of the People technology ecosystem using AI, automation, and analytics.
• Develop and execute a Digital HR strategy to improve operational efficiency and organizational scalability.
• Implement practical AI applications to automate workflows and accelerate decision-making within the People function.
• Serve as the strategic and technical owner of Workday and the broader HR technology landscape.
• Create intuitive, employee-centric experiences by applying product and design-thinking principles to HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to support enterprise transformation and scalable operating models.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, Digital HR, or People Operations Technology.
• 5+ years of deep hands-on Workday configuration (Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, security, reporting, and integrations).
• Proven experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and workflows.
• Experience building workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Track record of modernizing HR technology ecosystems and evaluating cost-effective scalable solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
• Expertise with Workday Extend, Workday Journeys, or Workday Help.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation or operational modernization initiatives.
