What you will do

  • Design and implement global compensation frameworks, including merit, bonus, and equity planning.
  • Support executive compensation strategy, board-level governance, and proxy-related disclosures.
  • Lead the development of global job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay equity analyses.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to design and optimize global sales incentive programs.
  • Modernize rewards operations by leveraging Workday Advanced Compensation, AI, and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence, integration, and rewards harmonization.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards within global technology or semiconductor environments.
  • Strong expertise in executive compensation, market benchmarking, and compensation governance.
  • Proven ability to prepare materials for Compensation Committees and executive leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay equity initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation or similar enterprise HR platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, modeling, and communication skills with strong executive presence.
