What you will do
- Design and implement global compensation frameworks, including merit, bonus, and equity planning.
- Support executive compensation strategy, board-level governance, and proxy-related disclosures.
- Lead the development of global job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay equity analyses.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to design and optimize global sales incentive programs.
- Modernize rewards operations by leveraging Workday Advanced Compensation, AI, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A due diligence, integration, and rewards harmonization.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards within global technology or semiconductor environments.
- Strong expertise in executive compensation, market benchmarking, and compensation governance.
- Proven ability to prepare materials for Compensation Committees and executive leadership.
- Hands-on experience with job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay equity initiatives.
- Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation or similar enterprise HR platforms.
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and communication skills with strong executive presence.
