What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle for enterprise streaming deals across EMEA, from prospecting to closing.
• Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers at broadcasters and sports organizations.
• Run a consultative, solutions-oriented sales process to align platform capabilities with client needs.
• Partner with solutions engineers to architect the correct technical fit for each customer.
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to internal product and GTM teams.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling technology to media, entertainment, or sports organizations in Europe.
• Established network of relationships with broadcasters, sports rights holders, or streaming services in EMEA.
• Must be based in the UK, Netherlands, or other Western European locations.
• Proven record of managing complex consultative sales cycles and hitting quotas.
• Strong executive presence with experience negotiating with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.

• Experience selling ad tech, video technology, or monetization platforms.
• Familiarity with the CTV/OTT landscape and hybrid monetization models.
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly in Dutch, German, or French.
