What you will do

• Manage the lead-to-order process, including sample processing, quotations, contracts, and price agreements.
• Maintain and update customer master data and document internal IT processes.
• Monitor visit reports, order quantities, payment conditions, and customer-specific evaluations.
• Coordinate internal and external customer visits with relevant divisions.
• Handle customer complaints in collaboration with Quality and Sales teams to implement corrective measures.
• Support Account Managers with administrative tasks, forecast updates, and overdue payment management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1); Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical thinking skills.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
