What you will do

• Manage and maintain dealership car inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies based on detailed market analysis.
• Acquire pre-owned vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and other strategic sources.
• Create marketing strategies to promote vehicle inventory across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to push aged units and ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular appraisals of trade-ins to ensure accurate and fair market pricing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager at an automotive dealership.
• Proven expertise in automotive management, specifically in vehicle operations and acquisition.
• Knowledge of inventory management and competitive pricing strategies.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug tests.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience as a Car Manager at an automotive dealership.
• Previous experience working with the Volkswagen brand.
