Salary: $100,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Consult with dealer groups in person to optimize their online presence using the hirify.global Program.
• Develop and expand territory relationships through prospecting, cold calls, and onsite meetings.
• Perform audits of online marketing strategies, including hosting processes and training.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze field sales activities and provide progress reports.
• Collaborate with product and operational teams to share feedback and new ideas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in the Washington, DC / Baltimore area.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and drive daily in the field.
• Proven skills in building relationships with dealer groups and presenting analytical reporting.
