Salary: $195,000 – $225,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive account penetration and growth.
• Engage and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders, including Breast Surgeons and Medical Oncologists.
• Promote the adoption of the Sighirify.global MRD ctDNA test to integrate it into clinical decision-making.
• Provide clinical education to physicians and healthcare teams on hirify.global's oncology solutions.
• Monitor market trends and account performance to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in breast oncology, surgical sales, or molecular diagnostics.
• Deep knowledge of precision medicine, the reimbursement landscape, and oncology markets.
• Ability to travel frequently (~75%), including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
