What you will do

• Assess homeowner dues across various billing cycles and process special assessments.
• Manage payment posting, deposits, and resolve missing, unapplied, or misposted payments.
• Handle collections, issue delinquency notices, and coordinate with attorneys for delinquent accounts.
• Set up and manage automatic draft systems for homeowners.
• Perform general ledger entries and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, clients, and internal teams via phone and email.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related financial roles.
• Experience supporting US-based clients or companies is required.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.
• Strong understanding of payment processing and delinquency management procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism during sensitive financial discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience in the HOA management or property management industry.
