Accounts Receivable Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end billing lifecycle from contract review through invoice generation and collections.
• Lead collections strategy to improve cash conversion and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Manage the migration of 800+ customers from TSA billing arrangements to hirify.global contracts.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce-to-ZoneBilling integrations and AR automation workflows.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP revenue recognition and support audit requirements.
• Manage customer procurement portals including SAP Ariba and Coupa.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in AR, Billing Operations, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Proven experience managing a complete Accounts Receivable function.
• Hands-on expertise with NetSuite, Salesforce, and ZoneBilling (or similar Quote-to-Cash platforms).
• Deep understanding of subscription, usage-based, and enterprise billing models.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with AR automation tools like Tesorio or Kolleno.
• Exposure to international billing and multi-currency tax compliance.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading AR team members.
