What you will do

• Generate and distribute customer invoices while ensuring accurate pricing and contract compliance.
• Manage accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, and track outstanding balances.
• Conduct proactive collection calls to clients to resolve payment issues and reduce bad debt.
• Perform bad debt risk assessments and manage long-term outstanding invoices.
• Generate performance reports and identify opportunities for revenue optimization and process improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer success teams to address billing inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in collection or billing operations.
• Excellent English communication skills are a must.
• Proven experience within the fintech or payment processing industry.
• Proficiency with billing software and CRM systems such as Stripe, Shopify, and Hubspot.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from financial data.
