What you will do
- Identify and qualify high-affinity institutional targets using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Map key decision-makers across brokers, distributors, and wealth management channels, targeting CIOs and Sales Directors.
- Execute localized LinkedIn connection campaigns and tailored, non-automated outbound messaging.
- Combine selective email campaigns with assertive cold calling to engage senior stakeholders.
- Manage calendar logistics and book qualified meetings for the executive leadership team.
- Maintain meticulous data hygiene and interaction tracking in Salesforce/HubSpot.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting in financial services, FinTech, or B2B SaaS.
- Foundational grasp of capital markets, specifically structured products, derivatives, or yield-enhancement vehicles.
- Practical experience navigating LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for professional B2B copy.
- Availability to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST).
