What you will do

• Generate qualified leads for the company and its diverse client portfolio across service industries.
• Book on-site appointments and quotations for client representatives to visit prospects.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns using the Microsoft Teams platform.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while adhering to established scripts and processes.
• Maintain detailed lead tracking records in Excel and provide daily activity reports.
• Meet measurable booking targets within the first two weeks of employment.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of proven experience in a Digital Marketing agency focusing on lead generation and appointment setting.
• Clear English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work Australian business hours (AET).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for calling and Excel for reporting.
• Must possess own computer and a reliable internet connection.
• Status: Independent Contractor (responsible for own taxes and benefits).
