Client Acquisition & Appointment Booking Coordinator (Lead Generation): Generating qualified leads and booking appointments for service-based businesses with an accent on outbound calling and pipeline management. Location: Permanent work from home; must be able to work Australian Eastern Time (9:00 am to 6:00 pm)

What you will do
- Generate qualified leads for the company and its diverse client portfolio across service industries.
- Book on-site appointments and quotations for client representatives to visit prospects.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns using the Microsoft Teams platform.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while adhering to established scripts and processes.
- Maintain detailed lead tracking records in Excel and provide daily activity reports.
- Meet measurable booking targets within the first two weeks of employment.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience in a Digital Marketing agency focusing on lead generation and appointment setting.
- Clear English proficiency and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work Australian business hours (AET).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for calling and Excel for reporting.
- Must possess own computer and a reliable internet connection.
- Status: Independent Contractor (responsible for own taxes and benefits).

- Experience working with cleaning or pest control companies.
- Experience in high-accountability environments with investor oversight.
